Call Recording. Advertiser understands that all calls to or from Goal Platform LLC, including, without limitation, Call Transfers, may be monitored or recorded for the purpose of review and analysis by Goal Platform LLC. Advertiser consents to this recording and agrees to obtain the consent of its agents, employees, contractors, and anyone else who may be recorded on any call to or from Goal Platform LLC. Call recordings may be stored and analyzed by Goal Platform LLC for an indefinite period of time.
Use of Cookies & Analytics. In operating the Sites, we use "cookies" to deliver content specific to your interests and save your password. Acceptance of cookies is not a requirement to browse a Site; however certain features require it. We also use a third-party tracking service called Google Analytics that uses cookies to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our Sites in the aggregate.
Use of PII. Governing Law. This Privacy Policy and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, exclusive of its choice of law rules.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration in Ohio before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. You and Goal Platform LLC agree that any proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis, and that neither party will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, a representative action, or a collective action.
Modifications to Policy. Goal Platform LLC reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our Site prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Security & Data Breaches. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect PII. However, no Internet transmission is fully secure. In the event of a security breach that compromises your PII, we will notify you and any applicable regulators in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Do Not Track (DNT). Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals from web browsers.
Minors. Our B2B platform is not intended for minors. Visitors under 18 years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their personal information at any Site. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from visitors under 18 years of age. If we learn that PII of a person under 18 has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Blogs and Public Features. If you use a public feature on a Site, any PII you submit can be collected by others. NONE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THESE FORUMS IS PROTECTED BY THIS POLICY.
Retention of Your Personal Data. We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Testimonials. We may display Advertiser testimonials on our Sites, which potentially include personally identifiable information such as an Agent's full name or agency affiliation. Prior to publication, we secure explicit consent from the customer to share their PII alongside the endorsement. Should you wish to have your personal data removed from public-facing testimonial pages, please submit a formal request to info@checkoutgoal.com.
